Abdominal Scans £99
We can perform a scan of your abdomen which includes examination of organs including the liver, gallbladder, kidneys, abdominal aorta and spleen.
An abdominal scan can be useful for investigation of upper abdominal pain, suspected gallstones, fatty liver, pain in the kidney area and a variety of other reasons. However, ultrasound is not always the best test for some abdominal symptoms.
Clients can self-refer, although sometimes we do advise a referral from your GP. We can discuss this with you on the phone so that we can ensure this is an appropriate examination for your symptoms.
Abdominal Aorta scans- £70
We can perform a scan of the abdominal aorta to look for signs of an aortic aneurysm. This can be especially reassuring where there is a family history of an aortic aneurysm.
Renal Tract scan - £80
We can perform a scan of your kidneys, bladder (and prostate on male clients). This can be very useful if you are experiencing symptoms such as recurrent urinary tract infection, frequent urination or difficulty passing urine
